Governor Gavin Newsom’s left hand passed some bills related to a study of some studies of reparations in the very near future for descendants of slavery in California. His right hand vetoed all the bills that would put money into the hands of descendants of slavery in California by way of cash restitutions for people stripped of their land and prioritizing heirs for college admissions/scholarships.

And the can continues to be kicked up the road (leading to nowhere)…
